From a young age, I trained as a classical ballet dancer but moved into the fitness industry when I decided not to pursue it as a career, and after gaining a BSc in Physiology, I worked as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in London for many years.
I moved to Zürich in 2001 and continued pursuing my fitness and sporting interests until an appalling lack of flexibility led me to my first Yoga class which totally blew me away and I had to ask myself: „Why did I never try this before?“. Since then my feet have barely touched the ground, and I have been practicing a variety of yoga styles regularly. This new-found love affair inspired me to deepen my practice by participating in a Yoga Alliance approved International Teacher Training course organised by Clive Radda, with world-class yogis Glenn Ceresoli and Lance Schuler in Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa styles respectively. I have also attended workshops in various yoga disciplines with Clive Sheridan, Martin Hoogstra, Orit Sen Gupta, Mark Whitwell and Bryan Kest.

My desire to share my love of yoga led me, along with Laura, to open YogaNation here in Zürich in January 2006 with the aim of making yoga in its many styles and forms accessible to teachers and students alike.
